THESE BUSHINGS ARE DESIGNED TO SIMPLY REPLACE and overcome the premature failure of existing OEM suspension bushings and / or allow Camber / Caster / Toe adjustment facilities for the first time. All kits come with bush extraction tools to simplify installation.

             


 
   1. EASE OF ADJUSTMENT (adjustable bushes) - A Patented 'D' shape or splined bolt
          interlocks with a hardened steel center bush which is inside a urethane bush. It           requires no special tools to adjust. Rotating the head of the bolt provides precise
          adjustment accurately under load.

   2. ABOVE K-MAC DESIGN INCORPORATES  (OEM replacement or adjustable bushes):

        i) All directional/2-axis design urethane bush centers that allow oscillation and
          self-alignment in all directions of travel. This eliminates distortion and at the same
          time provides tauter response, reduces vagueness, wheel tramping, shudder when
          braking or accelerating (common complaints with OEM rubber bushings, which have
          air holes/voids to provide this oscillation, but at the same time cause their premature
          and expensive replacement).

   OR

      ii) Other applications - K-MAC urethane (adjustable) bushes incorporate nickel-chromed
          hardened steel centers with spiral grease grooves. These allow virtual lifetime
          noiseless trouble-free usage.
